Access controls

The Access controls section configures who can access a form.

Require password

If enabled, recipients need the password to access the form and start their response.

Require email verification

If enabled, each recipient must verify their email address before they can access the form.

Recipient list

If enabled, only allowed recipient addresses or domains can access the form.

This setting requires email verification to be enabled.
