Save access recovery file

Any files uploaded to requests can only be downloaded from the browser and/or device that created the request link.

You can opt to download a backup of the encryption keys used to secure the request, to cover the event that you move devices, a device is lost, or browser data is cleared.

Downloading a access recovery file can be performed after creating a request by clicking 'Save access recovery file' from the request page.

WARNING

Access recovery files are encrypted, and can only be used by the owner of the request link. This does not grant anyone else access to your requests.
